Attorney Michael J. Bins
Attorney Michael Bins was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His passion for law began at a young age when his family’s home was taken through eminent domain to expand Heights High School. This personal experience inspired him to dedicate his career to protecting landowners and businesses from being taken advantage of by the government or insurance companies. Within months of becoming licensed, Michael served as lead counsel in his first jury trial, defending a landowner against the government in a condemnation case.
Over the years Michael has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in eminent domain matters, insurance disputes, and families who have suffered serious injuries through no fault of their own. His work ethic, empathy, and persistence has allowed him to achieve remarkable results in difficult cases.
Michael is blissfully married to his wife with whom he has two young children. His spare time is consumed with little league, fishing, and A&M football.
